Shipping

US Shipments Only

  • We do charge for shipping, all shipping costs will be added to your order when you checkout.  You can preview shipping estimates by checking your shopping cart.
  • We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska.  If you need us to ship to either of those states, please contact us by phone or email.
  • For a specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call us at 1-(234)-714-9008 or email us at help@hkresale.com before placing an order.
  • We package and ship your order within 24 hours of purchase during regular business hours.  Orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays/Federal Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
  • A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize UPS and FedEx as well.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly!  We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.  Please call us at 1-(234)-714-9008 to cancel your order.  

PO BOXES

We do not ship to PO Boxes.  All orders must be shipped to a physical residential or business mailing address.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but HK Resale will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

 

Returns

No Restock Fees

If your order arrives and it is not right, we will fix it, NO NONSENSE, we promise.  

Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

  • Returned products must be in the same condition that you received, and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by HK Resale (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • If we messed up, you will not be charged for return shipping.  Otherwise, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us.

Damaged Items

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

Returns Process

NOTE: You will need your Order # and the Zip Code where the order was shipped to start a return.

Please print your Return Authorization form and include it with each shipment back to HK Resale.  You have 10 days from the day the RA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience. 

Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging!  We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in same condition that you received.  Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container.  However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.  It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department.
