Shipping

When will my order ship?

All parts are live, on-site and ship within 1 business day. We ship Monday-Friday, except on Federal Holidays. Same day shipping is automatic if you order before 8:00 AM EST (M-F).

Do you offer Same Day, Overnight or Next Day Shipping?

We automatically provide Same Day shipping on all orders placed before 8:00 AM EST (M-F).

Do you ship world-wide?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Orders going to the lower Continental 48 States and Canada can purchase shipping at checkout.

Please contact us for shipping outside the Continental USA/Canada.

Returns and Refund Policy

Do you offer a returns?

You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If we messed up, you will not be charged for return shipping.  Otherwise, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Are there any Exceptions / non-returnable items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Special sale items, local pickup only items or gift cards
  • International orders
  • Orders shipped via Freight (LTL)

Is Return Shipping Free?

If we messed up, you will not be charged for return shipping.  Otherwise, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Will I Get Refunded My Outgoing Shipping Charges?

Outgoing shipping costs are not refundable, unless our mistake caused the return.

What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?
  1. Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged.
  2. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Some shipping carriers must inspect the damaged container and contents.
  3. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
  4. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

Cancellations or Changes to Order

What If I Need to Cancel My Order?

If you change your mind, act quickly!  

We turn around and process orders extremely quickly. We ship orders Monday-Friday, and orders paid before 8:00am EST ship same day.  Excluding all Federal Holidays.

During normal business hours, please call us at 1-(234)-714-9008 to cancel your order.

Outside of normal business hours, please email us at help@hkresale.com.

Can I Add More Items To My Order After I Paid and Completed Checkout?

YES! If you want to add more items to your order, please email help@hkresale.com or call us at 1-(234)-714-9008.

We add those items to your order on the back end, and send a balance due invoice.
