Product Condition Details:  Book is in good condition, but does have wear and tear to the outside cover/corners and spines - spine has tear at either end. Inside hinges are broken and starting to pull apart. Spine is broken and book does lay flat when opened. Some of the pages are starting to separate - but not pulling out. Pages are discolored and foxing/discoloration throughout. Some notes/pencil markings inside - front inside page is inscribed. Please see photos.
